Complaints Procedure

  • In the case of a complaint should contact by telephone, with a view to reporting product defects, call: 32 750 17 30 Not reported in this way the package will not be accepted for service and will be returned by courier at your expense.

  • The equipment must include the original packaging for safe transport to a specialized service.

  • It is possible the repackaging, but it must ensure adequate protection during shipping transport company.

  • Please send the complete hardware, especially with accessories that have an impact on the functionality of your hardware, or which may be one reason for the malfunctioning equipment.

  • Equipment must be provided along with a description of the damage when given the situation (in which case) the fault occurs, such description must be as accurate. This will enable faster fault diagnosis and implementation of the complaint.

  • Equipment being advertised, please attach a photocopy of guarantee or invoices. In the absence of a photocopy of a document providing for the purchase of the Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. may be conditional acceptance of such equipment to verify whether the equipment was purchased from Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. and is subject to warranty.

  • The way to send equipment for repair:

    • the client sends a hardware shop to the site at their own expense

    • after repairing the equipment is returned to the customer at the expense of Techno-Logic Sp. z oo

  • Service Department does not pursue reimbursement under the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws of 31 March 2000), a consumer who has a contract for a distance may withdraw from it without giving reasons, making a statement in writing, within ten years from the date of delivery. In this case, please refer to the procedure to be paid under that Act.

  • If the equipment delivered to the site proves to be efficient and will not detect the fault site will charge for the diagnosis and delivery costs.
