Quality Guarantee
It is essential to keep a proof of purchase issued by the Seller and attach the specified document in the case of advertising the goods under the guarantee given by Techno-Logic Sp. z oo
1. Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. grants you a guarantee of quality on the smooth operation of the goods specified in the sales document. Warranty Period is indicated in the table specification guarantees (expressed as xx, where xx is a number of months) and is calculated from the date of purchase of equipment.
2. The powers granted to the Client in respect of the Guarantee shall terminate automatically: after the expiry of the Guarantee, if you make any change, modification, supplement or replace the product or any of its parts by the customer or entity other than the Techno-Logic Sp. z oo for the operation of the product in a manner inconsistent with its purpose and the instructions Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. and the manufacturer of the goods, in the absence of proper maintenance of the goods in accordance with the guidelines Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. and the manufacturer of the goods, if the damage or defect are generated as a consequence: the harmful radiation injury of any mechanical, electrical short circuit, in the event of failure, damage or breaking of seals or serial numbers of the goods or conceal them in any way that prevents identification of the goods .
3. Notification of defects of goods by the customer and the initiation of the complaint shall be made upon receipt by Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. defective goods. Reported defect is subject to verification by the Service, which determines whether the fault was not the fault of the customer. Techno-Logic Sp. z oo consider complaints at the latest within 21 working days of receipt. In the case of having to bring the necessary components from abroad also may be time to appropriate extension.
4. Admission to service the equipment during the warranty period is the presentation of original and properly filled warranty card (which includes designation of the article, the date of sale, the duration of the guarantee, the signature of the seller, the signature of the buyer). Duplicate the warranty card does not appear.
5. The advertiser is obliged to deliver advertised goods for repair at their own expense in original packaging with all accessories (cables, manuals, included software, etc.). Failure of the above components will result in failure to rights under the warranty.
6. Advertisers must be attached to the advertised equipment, accurate description of the reported disadvantages (its manifestations, the average time after which normally occurs, the working environment) as well as contact details of the person using the device, in order to obtain any additional information.
7. Advertised equipment is admitted to a service center with proof (reverse), which is the only document entitling them to receive hardware.
8. When in the course of examining the validity of the complaint and inspect the defective product or part thereof, Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. finds that violated the conditions of this warranty, in particular, goods or part thereof has been modified in terms of physical or legal, Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. will inform the Client, the Client paying a defective product at its own expense and risk, and Customer is obliged to cover incurred by Techno-Logic Sp. z oo costs.
9. Techno-Logic shall not be liable for any losses caused by the failure of the acquired equipment (crash equipment co.) The holder of the guarantee is not entitled to claim reimbursement of lost profits in connection with the defects and their consequences (being equipment on the site.)
10. Techno-Logic Sp. Ltd. has no obligation to provide Customer with a replacement product for the duration of the complaint.
11. Any maintenance (cleaning, adjustment) are performed for a fee.
12.W relations arising from this Guarantee shall be governed by Polish law
13. The remainder of the terms of this warranty is regulated by the Civil Code.
